zaterdag 17-10-09 heb ik zoals eerder op de blog deelgenomen aan de bosduathlon te lembeke,de race was ingedeeld in één rondje lopen van 2,7km dan 3rondjes fietsen van 7km zodat de totale fietsafstand 21km bedroeg en dit met de moutenbike in het bos en dan nog eens één rondje lopen van 2,7km tot de finish.er waren twee categorieën één voor de heren en één voor de dames.tijdens de eerste loopronde kwam ik als tweede in de wisselzone met een achterstand van 45seconden op de eerste vrouw in de race maar tijdens het fietsen kon ik de achterstand vlug omzetten in een voorsprong en bij de laatste wissel had ik een voorsprong van meer dan twee minuten opgebouwd zodat ik tijdens de laatste loopronde vrij zeker was om mijn voorsprong te kunnen behouden tot de eindstreep,wat mij ook gelukt is.
